We have created this website as a shared resource for Realtors who are engaged in helping lenders work with short sale listings. Once you sign up, we will need to verify some information about your education and experience. After verification, we will include you in our national database which is available to lenders and borrowers throughout the country.

In addition, you will have access to our growing library of specific lender forms to help expedite the loss mitigation process. By signing up, we will also include you in our online discussion group to help facilitate your transaction.

If you do not have previous experience and would like to start listing short sales and become a Loss Mitigation Consultant, we provide five, 1 hour online webinar training classes. Our classes are limited to between 10 to 20 participants per class.

You can select classroom type training at one of our three locations annually. They are held at the spring or fall REOMAC conferences (www.REOMAC.com) or at the FiveStar conference (www.fivestarconference.com). There is a fee charged for class room classes and a minimum pre-registration of 100 attendees is required.

As a Loss Mitigation Consultant you must be a full time Realtor member in good standing with your local board of Realtors, have access to your local multiple listing service, and be a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors.
