About Us

About UsThe Loss Mitigation Network was created as a resource to help educate and inform borrowers about the options and programs available from their lenders.

Our founders are experienced REO brokers who for years have been working for banks in helping banks sell their foreclosed homes.

Communication and working with borrowers at the local level is the preferred method of dealing with delinquencies. Our success in helping borrowers is based on our highly trained independent third party consultants who have a firm understanding of local real estate market conditions.
